2004 – Born To Perform.

From Dance to Circus and Beyond.

There was never a doubt in our mind that Thom was meant to be remarkable.
Like all good parents, we wanted Thom to explore her talents. It didn’t take long to realise she had a knack for physical skills. She could instantly replicate any dance move her teachers demonstrated and effortlessly remember long, complex sequences.

But Thom wasn’t satisfied with just dancing. She craved more excitement. So, when a circus school opened nearby, she jumped at the chance to join. Watching her perform acrobatic feats on the trapeze and beams was nerve-wracking for me, but she absolutely loved it.

Yoni enjoyed seeing her in action while I held my breath and hoped it was just a phase. She attended the circus school for over three years, only stopping when her passion for dance grew too demanding to balance both activities. I was relieved.

Even though she left the circus school, the circus spirit never left her. As an adult, she found her place in the world of performance and cabaret, and proving that circus kid was just the beginning of her incredible journey.
