The Journey Back: Rediscovering My Path.
Back in 2017, I disappeared for a year and a half.
No online work, no teaching, no plans to return.
But, as it turns out, life had other ideas.
During that time, I didn’t just retreat.
I completely let go.
I expected to come back fired up, with passion reignited, and a clear sense of what was next.
Instead, what I found was something deeper – peace.
Not the fleeting kind that comes with excitement or happiness, but a solid, grounded peace that I’d never felt before.
The biggest shift came when I realized I needed to say yes.
Yes to life, to everything that comes my way – the mess, the beauty, the uncertainty.
I’d spent years fighting to control things, to manage outcomes.
But the truth is, life just IS.
Once I stopped resisting, I found this incredible sense of calm.
Ironically, saying yes brought me back to something I thought I had left behind: teaching.
For a while, I felt I had nothing new to offer.
But then, I saw that what I had to share was different.
It was more personal, more intimate – no more big seminars or endless online content.
It was about smaller, deeper connections and helping those who are committed to transformation – both in themselves and in the world.
During this time, we’ve been building something special with Vered, Nick, and Dimitri.
We’ve created an idea for a new movement – The Good Life Redefined – that was all about finding what really matters.
It was about stepping away from what society tells us we should want and instead, creating our own version of a good life.
So there I was, ready to come back on my 51st birthday, but in a whole new way.
No grand plans, just following where life leads and sharing what I’ve learned along the way.
in this video below I share more about the process I’ve been through and the plans I had in mind… some came to fruition and some didn’t…
But as always… Life IS.
